You can lose weight if you do some work. There is no plan that works any better than eating healthy, spreading your meals throughout the day, and burning more calories than you take in each day. For most people, it really is as simple as taking in less calories than you normally do each day, and increasing how many calories you burn each day. Figure out how many calories you should be eating in one day. Then divide that by 6, and eat that many calories each meal. Eat 6 meals per day. Eat a meal about every 3 hours. As exercise goes, walk and run. Start out slow if you are not yet in shape. Increase the length (how much time) of your run every couple days (even by 30 seconds or a minute). Stick with it!
