When i was young i got into a little trouble with the law,i was 18 im now 22.The charge was assault on a government official.But it was not a felony and that's my only criminal offense.I'm in peak physical condition and all my employers will say i am very reliable and hard working.Is it possible for me to become a police officer?

It is possible, but you would probably have a very difficult time getting hired by a police department any time soon. What you were charged with is considered a very serious offense. You could probably get hired in a number of years.

Your chances would be better in about five years.
