I am 19 years old I have an Associates degree in criminal justice and I got arrested for grand theft 3rd degree and robbery. With my high school diploma and degree can I still be a police officer? The case was dropped after proved innocent.

The simple answer is yes, depending on the department.

SWAT is right. Based on what you wrote, you could still become a police officer. However, even though the charges were dropped, a big red flag will be raised, and you will likely have a lot of explaining to do if you were to be considered.
