I have been told by my primary care physician that I have a mitral valve prolapse. I asked him if I could still do lots of exercising and if it would be okay to become a cop. He told me to go for it, that mvp usually doesn't cause problems, and that exercising would be the best thing for it.
If I get an okay from a cardiologist, would it still be possible to get a job as a police officer with this condition?
