Okay I have one major problem my eyes are terrible, I am not sure whether to get lasik, contact or just wear my glasses. I know you have to meet the vision requirements but my eyes don't. I'm worried also if i wear contacts and i have to pepper spray someone it might get in my eyes with the contacts, If i wear glasses they could easily be knocked off, and lasik I will have to miss at least a month. I'm not sure what the best option is, and ideas?

If you meet the vision requirements with glasses or contacts, you can wear them. There are many police officers that wear glasses or contacts while on duty. If you are a good candidate for LASIK surgery, then I would consider that. The people that I know that have had LASIK said it was one of the best decisions they've made.

If you aren't applying for a year or more, I would get LASIK as soon as possible. If you will be applying soon, I would wait until after you get hired and complete any probationary period.
