What can Pennsylvania State Constables do other than serve warrants?

Other than serving warrants, PA State Constables can make arrests for certain offenses (breach of peace type offenses or felonies committed in their presence) in PA. They transport prisoners, serve subpoenas, enforce protection from abuse orders and orders of eviction or levies. They sometimes provide court security. They are required to preserve the peace at the polling place in their jurisdiction on election day.

Constables in PA can also do private security work.
