You wouldn't have any advantages over someone else that has a different degree. I don't think criminal justice degrees are very valuable.

If you mean advantages of getting a police officer job, then you wouldn't have any advantages over someone with just a bachelors degree. Having a masters degree or doctorate degree might help you climb the ranks

If I had three identical candidates, except that one had a bachelor's degree, one had a master,s degree, and one had a doctorate's degree, I would hire the one with the doctorate's degree first.

A LOT OF OFFICERS FINISH THEIR DEGREES OR GET ADDITIONAL DEGREES AFTER THEY BECOME OFFICERS SINCE MANY POLICE DEPARTMENTS WILL PAY FOR OFFICERS TO TAKE CLASSES. JUST A THOUGHT!

You might not have any advantages. When I was first hired, you didn't have to have college, and most officers didn't. It can depend on the department.
