My dream is to be a cop, so i'm really trying to dedicate myself to be a member of the peel police, I'm open to anything that'll increase my chances, even if it's a little bit. Keep in mind i'm under 18, so besides getting good grades in high school, a part time job, and getting fit, what else could help me in the field? What about an army or navy cadet?

Absolutely get a college degree! You almost need one to get hired it seems. Becoming a cadet is a good idea also.

Thanks, I'll apply for Navy cadet on Wednesday (I'll see if I can do all 3 at the same time though), I'll also try to apply right after high school, if that doesn't work out i'll get a college degree and then apply to see if that gets me anywhere.

A lot of police departments hire people without college.

You don't actually need good grades or a college degree. But you would have a much better chance of getting a job with a college degree. The importance of college can't be overstated.
