Most certainly! Based on what you wrote, many, many police departments would be glad to have you. Your age would not be a concern with most police departments. A few depts. have maximum age limits for new officers that you would exceed. Most do not. Your age would not be a concern at all for the depts. that don't have age requirements. You'll be good to go!
